Manufacturing Excellence Summit 2026

A two-day operational summit aligning plant routines, review rhythm, and best-practice transfer across regions.

Date Sep 18-19, 2026
Host Andrea Dixon
Department Manufacturing
Operations leaders gathered in a workshop session

This summit is designed as a compact operating forum rather than a ceremonial event. Teams will use the two days to compare plant routines, review bottlenecks, and align which practices are ready to scale across sites.

The common structure remains simple: establish the current baseline, walk the live examples, and close each block with named owners. The event detail surface therefore keeps the same reading shell as news, but the last section becomes an agenda switch rather than a closing note.

The goal is not to collect slides. The goal is to leave with fewer interpretation gaps and clearer execution owners across plants.

Participants should review the shared background material before arrival so the onsite sessions can stay focused on decisions, line observation, and cross-site replication rather than introductory review.
